canHrf high rate (1 second) ground station GPS data provided
by Natural Resources of Canada (NRCan). Stored in
Real-Time IGS (rtigs) format files. See IGS mail message for
details of the rtigs data format at
http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/mail/igs-rtwg/2004/msg00001.html.
The UNAVCO program teqc is used to convert the rtigs files
to RINEX format files. These are currently 15 minute files.
