LEO receiver/antenna Differential Code Biases (DCB). Each file contains
daily averages for the antennas for a given mission. The format follows
the format that is used by the Astronomical Institute at the University
of Bern (AIUB) to store daily P1-P2 GPS satellite and ground receiver DCBs.
The estimation of the daily LEO DCBs are based on the daily GPS DCBs made available by AIUB
